Key Deliverables :
- Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisitions and upselling within the store.
- Ensure adherence to Store Operating Procedures (SOPs) including visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Maintain store compliance standards and complete regular KPI and MIS reporting.
- Oversee store profitability by managing operational costs and increasing conversion rates.
- Support strategic rollouts including store launches, refits, and closures as per plan.
Role Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand standards.Supervise outsourced staff including rostering, daily briefings, motivation, and attrition management.Deliver high-quality customer experience by personally resolving escalated issues and optimizing staff allocation.Provide ongoing feedback to improve store performance and customer engagement.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of store-level projects and initiatives.Skills Required
