Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, scheduling property viewings, presenting properties to prospective buyers, and negotiating sales agreements. They will also maintain relationships with clients, provide market insights, and work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and client management
• Understanding of the real estate market and property laws
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
