Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in making purchase decisions, promoting products, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, restocking inventory, and maintaining a thorough understanding of product offerings to address customer inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of products and their features
• Proficiency in Retail Sales techniques and strategies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Ability to meet sales goals and maintain excellent Sales records
• Organizational and teamwork skills to contribute to store success
• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
