Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines of IT professionals through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Handle job postings, resume reviews, candidate negotiations, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment (MUST).Strong familiarity with hiring for technology implementation.In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.Must be comfortable working on video calls throughout working hours."),
