Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Department : (Non IT Recruitment 70% +30% Marine Recruitment)
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (Linkedin, Naukri, Self networking)
- Create a candidate persona for each open position.
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Build long-term relationships
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
Qualifications and Skills :
Any Graduate with IT,Non - IT along with Maritime domain based (Technical, Non-Technical, Marine based profiles) recruitment knowledge and relevant work experience.Marine Recruitment experience will be an added advantage2+ years of experience in recruiting or similar role in ERP software product based company or in any data building shipping ERP software companies / Any IT Company with the knowledge of both IT & Non IT RecruitmentExcellent understanding of recruitment processesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems / Wrike / (ATS)Good knowledge of candidates selection methodsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsTeam playerStrong Knowledge and experience in MS / Excel / powerpoint
