Job descriptionPass percentage of all the candidates scheduled for IRDA at > Batch management of Offline candidates Manage the drop outs in the offline batches and ensure that there are minimum drop outs in each batch Batch to be addressed at least 2 times during 50 hours Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for RMs if they ask for it Arrange joint field calls with advisors & give them feedback on their sales technique & knowledge Training calendar to be made abased on the sales requirement and the same to be sent out by the 25 Ensure that attendance sheets & feedback forms for every session conducted are complete Attendance sheet and feedback forms to reach Training Admin within 24 hours after the close of training Maintain reports for programs conducted , attendance in the sessions, training days completed,
