Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of accounting experience (MSP / IT services industry preferred). Strong knowledge of US GAAP . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; QuickBooks / Xero experience is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal ability. CPA or pursuing CPA is a strong advantage. Employment Type : Permanent, Full-time Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Shift Timings : Rotational (primarily night shift) Interview Mode : Virtual Infrastructure Requirements : i5 / i7 laptop, 8–16GB RAM, 22-inch monitor, 40 Mbps internet, noise-canceling headset

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports : Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow.
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support tax filings (federal, state, and local).
- Collaborate with senior accountants to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting standards .
- Provide support for ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.
