Experience :
3-5 yrs of Recruitment experience supporting Indian Market(Domestic Recruitment) specialized in supporting Non- IT hiring supporting hiring for pharma roles . (Kindly avoid applying if your experience is primarily in US / UK recruitment. )Experience in hiring for roles across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, HR and Pharma relevant supporting pharma clients.Notice Period : less than 30 days
We’re looking to hire a motivated and experienced Junior Recruiter / Sourcer with a strong background in hiring for non-IT roles , particularly within FMCG / D, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors . This role is focused on supporting and fulfilling our client’s talent acquisition needs by proactively sourcing candidates and maintaining a robust pipeline across various positions, while consistently meeting recruitment targets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -
Note : This is a very sourcing heavy role that primarily focuses on talent mapping and pipelining activities.
Ownership of the entire talent pipelining activity for several key business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (for Non-tech into - Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Compliance, Shared services & regulatory affairs, etc.).Ensuring exceptional candidate experience always maintaining Korn Ferry values and standards.Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with internal TA team, ensuring exceptional delivery as per agreed upon KPIs / SLAs.Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the Team lead, thereby proactively helping the team with relevant profiles and building a healthy pipeline to cover for all hiring requirements.Supporting the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of diverse rolesMaintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the clientCommunicating effectively with the team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutionsSupport and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.Provide market insights / intel to the TA team with respect to factors like - candidate market availability, market mapping, salary benchmarks, etc.Maintaining process hygiene & excellence with highest level of data integrity.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS -
2.5–5 years of recruitment experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or FMCG / D sectors, focused on non-IT hiring .Holds a bachelor’s degree .Proven success in sourcing for roles such as Commercial, HR, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Sales, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Supply Chain, and Shared Services across PAN India .Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques : Boolean search, X-ray search, keyword strings, job portals, referrals, and networking.Prior experience in RPO, in-house recruitment, or agency environments preferred.Hands-on experience using leading Indian job portals such as Naukri.com , LinkedIn , Monster India , and Shine , along with social media platforms and community networks to identify and engage top talent.Demonstrated expertise in headhunting, passive sourcing, and social media recruiting , with the ability to engage high-potential candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and relevant online communities.Familiarity with ATS platforms , especially Workday , is a plus.Strong team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills.Capable of managing 25–30 requisitions per quarter with precision and professionalism.Committed to long-term career growth with Korn Ferry and delivering excellence to the client.Adaptable in fast-paced environments with strong stakeholder management and networking abilities.Fluent in English for effective communication (Verbal and written).
