About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Facility Management & Operations Leader to manage end-to-end operations across multiple locations for our leading client in the renewable energy sector. The role requires proven expertise in O&M (Operations & Maintenance), facility services, housekeeping, stores, logistics, and manpower management — ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the complete facilities function (hard & soft services) across multiple sites.
- Develop and execute facility management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage P&L , budgets, cost optimization, and vendor partnerships.
- Build and lead cross-functional FM teams (technical, housekeeping, admin, security).
- Act as the primary liaison for senior management and key stakeholders.
2️⃣ Technical FM / Hard Services
Oversee all technical systems : HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, and fire safety.Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed effectively.Drive energy efficiency , sustainability , and statutory compliance .Manage vendor selection, contracts, and SLA adherence.3️⃣ Soft Services / Workplace Management
Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, reception, and other support services.Ensure best-in-class workplace experience and service quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain SLA compliance.4️⃣ Client & Business-Facing Responsibilities
Build client relationships and identify business improvement or revenue opportunities.Manage contract renewals, expansions, and reporting to leadership.Ensure customer satisfaction KPIs are consistently achieved.5️⃣ Multi-Site Operations & Continuous Improvement
Standardize FM processes across multiple sites.Implement centralized dashboards and monitor operational KPIs.Identify areas for improvement and benchmark against best practices.Key KPIs / Success Metrics
