About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps methodologies, cloud infrastructure management, automation, and CI / CD implementation. This role requires working closely with development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Administer and manage Linux / Unix / Windows environments, including patch management and troubleshooting.
Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency.
Build, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Automate configuration management with Ansible.
Monitor applications and infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Datadog, and other observability tools, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to build and optimize ETL pipelines in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and SQL databases.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash to support operational and deployment needs.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance in all DevOps practices and solutions.
Troubleshoot issues across environments, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide production support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, with a focus on Azure.

Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows system administration, patching, and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (VMs, Networking, Storage, AKS, ADF, Databricks, SQL).

Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform - mandatory).

Experience in configuration management with Ansible.

Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines and automation tools (Azure DevOps).

Experience in monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Datadog, or equivalent).

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines with Azure Databricks, ADF, and SQL.

Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative, agile environments.
