Field Application Specialist

We are seeking a Field Application Specialist to provide essential product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support to our customers. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the successful design, validation, and implementation of our products. You will achieve this by supporting the sales team with product positioning and demonstrations, while also assisting customers directly with application development, initial startups, and training.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Support the Sales organization by giving product presentations, demonstrations, and conducting application studies.
• Collaborate with product management on new product launches, including beta site testing and demonstrations.
• Assist the sales team with customer process and URS (User Requirement Specification) analysis to help design optimized products.
• Assist customers with their initial product installation and start-up, and provide necessary training.
• Support the Quality Department by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes to resolve quality complaints.
