Roles and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the point of contact for customers enquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Timely escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations and building positive relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Required Skills :
