Job descriptionManaging daily store operations. Learning about the innovations and features of all the brands and products curated at the store. Meeting customers, addressing all their queries, doing demos of the products to the prospects, build good relations with them to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving revenue. Managing all the leads from different mediums to drive product sales. Inventory management and control. Coordinating local marketing activities Ensuring a high-end, health-focused store experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A business-first and people-first mindset with a deep understanding of the importance of customer experience and satisfaction. Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment.

Experience Required : 3 – 6 years in retail sales or wellness management.
Location : NONSTOP Ahmedabad Store, Shop No.6, Ground Floor, Aaryan Workspaces-3, B / H Manav Mandir Plot, Petrol Pump Gali, Memnagar, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India.
Working Days : 6 days a week
Working Time : 10 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM
Notice Period : 30 days and less
Qualification Requirements :
- Bachelor's / Master's degree. Bachelors is mandatory.
- Preferred Degree : B.Pharma / Physiotherapy.
- Proficient in English and native language.
