About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Retail Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our retail staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Needs Assessment : Identify training requirements through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
  • Curriculum Development : Design and create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources.
  • Training Delivery : Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluation and Feedback : Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to participants.

Conduct online tests to ascertain efficacy.

Adept at using modern online tools

  • Mentorship and Support : Offer ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to trainees.
  • Program Management : Organize training schedules, logistics, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Staying Current : Continuously update knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and retail trends.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with managers and stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles and various training techniques.
  • Technical proficiency relevant to the retail industry (POS systems, CRM tools, etc.
  • Expertise in retail operations, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure program impact
