About Position : We are seeking a forward-thinking, strategic, and hands-on Technology Leader with a deep focus on data technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Data strategies that drive innovation, technology initiatives, business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and data governance and security. Drive a culture of data innovation, exploration, and continuous improvement.Technology & Architecture : Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and accessibility of data systems. Expertise in Databricks, Snowflake and Data technologiesBusiness Collaboration : Partner with other C-suite executives and business leaders to integrate data-driven insights into strategic decision-making across departments.Analytics & Insights : Guide the development and deployment of analytics platforms and data models that provide actionable insights to enhance business operations.AI / ML Integration : Promote the use of advanced machine learning and AI tools to optimize business processes, predictive modeling, and customer experiences.Budgeting & Resource Allocation : Manage the department’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet short and long-term goals.Expertise You'll Bring : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
