Principal Architect - AEM Integration

Job Description :

We are hiring a hands-on Technical Director / Principal Architect to lead and scale our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront practice. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can drive technical strategy, practice growth, and delivery excellence while mentoring top talent and enabling digital transformation for global enterprises.

We are looking for candidates who can join us within 30 days or less

Requirements :

• 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in enterprise content management / digital marketing Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - architecture, cloud migration, enterprise integrations.
• Strong leadership in Workfront implementations (setup, workflow, integrations with CMMS and MarTech).
• Experience in scaling technical practices, leading architects & engineers, and delivering at enterprise scale.
• Strong stakeholder & client-facing communication.
• Certifications : Adobe Certified Master Architect (AEM) / Workfront certification preferred.
