We’re looking for a Agency Lead – North (North India) who can own revenue growth, P&L management, and strategic expansion across the North region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital media professional with deep market relationships, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver consistent business results in Agency and Direct Brand Sales. This role demands a sharp understanding of Programmatic, In-App, and Digital Advertising ecosystems, along with the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

What you will do :
- Drive overall revenue generation and P&L management for the North region.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team in the North market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Agency & Direct Brand sales, with strong focus on Programmatic, In-App, and Strategic Alliances.
- Build and nurture relationships with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers in the North India market.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closely monitoring KPIs and ensuring business objectives are met.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (AdOps, Product, Client Servicing) for seamless campaign delivery and client success.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights from the North region to management.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting on sales performance.
- Represent the company at regional industry forums, digital marketing events, and trade conferences.
Requirements
10–12 years of experience in Agency & Digital Media Sales, preferably in North India.Strong understanding of Programmatic and In-App advertising ecosystems.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing teams.Established network of agencies and brands in the North region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Benefits
