Key Responsibilities :

• Lead city-level strategy and execution for private partnership and franchise network expansion.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new franchise partners aligned with Indofasts business model.
• Develop business plans to achieve city-wise station growth targets and network milestones.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment for new locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth station operations.
• Drive profitability and sustainability for franchise partners through continuous support and monitoring.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing and central teams for partner enablement and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, operational guidelines and customer experience benchmarks at all franchise locations.
• Represent Indofast in local market forums and establish the company as the preferred partner in EV battery-swapping Requirements :
• Bachelors / Masters degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, franchise expansion or network building (EV / automobile / retail / logistics sectors preferred).
• Strong negotiation, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in delivering growth through partner-led models.
• Strong analytical ability to assess business potential and optimize market opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with execution-oriented leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
