Assistant Manager - IT Infrastructure Security

Job Description :

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Manage firewalls, network infrastructure, and cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and server issues to maintain user productivity.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT security strategy aligned with ISO and ISMS standards.
• Manage IT budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and implement appropriate safeguards (VIBI compliance).
• Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation for processes and :
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and security.
• Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.
• Strong understanding of network security principles (firewalls, intrusion detection, etc.)
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ISO, ISMS)
