Manager - Information Security

Responsibilities :

1 Perform security requirement analysis and highlight the risks and recommend mitigation controls. 2 Formulation of security policies, Process and procedure's. 3 Involvement in strategy planning, cross functional liaison, Customer interfacing, Service Level Measurement, Risk management, Service portfolio planning, Technical Audits, Information security monitoring, Budgeting and Resource Planning. 4 Review IT security architecture, 3rd Party vendor security assessment and Product evaluations. 5 Leads the design and development of security architectures for different types of cloud and cloud / hybrid systems. 6 Information security pre-engagement support.

Additional Responsibilities :

Certifications required - CISSP / CCSP / CISM / Comptia Sec+ / CISA / AWS Cloud practitioner / Azure / GCP certifications / AWS Certified solution architect - associate / professional / AWS certified security - specialty / Azure security engineer associate (AZ-500) / Google cloud - Associate / Professional

Technical and Professional Requirements :

1 Identifies potential risks and develops backup plans proactively and reviews from time to time to ensure risk mitigation tactics are aligned. 2 Looks at resolving issues from a long term perspective bringing various stakeholders together to lay down and discuss the alternatives processes to prevent the reoccurrence of the problem. 3 Understand drivers and constraints of execution in terms of time and resource allocation, reviews and prioritizes activities related to multiple area in line with changing work requirement. 4 Providing line management, leadership and strategic direction for the function and liaising closely with other managers. 5 Leads the preparation and authorizes the implementation of necessary information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, in conjunction with the Security Committee.
