Job Description :

We are looking for experienced DFT Engineers to work on cutting-edge semiconductor technologies.

The role involves end-to-end DFT implementation, pattern generation, and post-silicon debug using industry-leading EDA tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hands-on experience in ATPG, JTAG & IJTAG protocols, MBIST, and Scan Architectures
• Proficient in Scan Insertion, ATPG, MBIST Pattern Verification, and Post-Silicon Debug
• Post-silicon validation and debug experience
• Working knowledge of Siemens, Cadence, or Synopsys DFT tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Scripting experience in PERL, Tcl, and C-Shell is a plus
