On The Rocks is a  UK-based Frozen Food Distributor & Wholesaler , proudly supplying premium  Ice Creams, Frozen Foods, Beverages, and Packaging  to retail and food-service partners across the UK.

As we expand our footprint into  India , we’re setting up our new base in  Hyderabad  — and we’re looking for a  self-driven, experienced HR Manager  to lead our people and operations setup from day one.

This is a  founding HR role  — perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys building systems from scratch, and wants to shape the culture of an international company entering India.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full-cycle HR setup and recruitment in India.
• Build policies, processes, and documentation aligned with UK HQ.
• Oversee contracts, statutory compliance, payroll coordination & vendor management.
• Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement.
• Act as the bridge between India and UK teams, driving culture and alignment.
• Provide people analytics and insights to senior leadership.
