Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• This includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining employee records; designing and implementing company policies; and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, and promote company values to maintain a positive work Strong knowledge in recruitment, selection, and employee orientation.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Proven skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus.
