🛠️ Responsibilities
Generate demand by actively pitching our AdTech platform to domestic & international advertisers, securing budgets, and driving revenue growth.Hunt & acquire new clients through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections.Own the full sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, negotiations, contract closure, onboarding, and post-sale relationship management.Position our advertising channel as a strategic solution for performance marketing goals (UA, retention, ROI).Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and ensure smooth campaign execution for clients.Build and nurture long-term partnerships , identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to expand visibility and pipeline.🎯 Requirements
4+ years of sales & demand generation experience in AdTech, performance marketing, or media sales.Proven track record of closing B2B deals with advertisers and achieving / exceeding revenue targets.Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, rewarded / incent traffic, and mobile UA .Hands-on exposure to attribution tools ( Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc. ) and campaign KPIs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence decision-makers.The existing network of international advertiser connections is a strong plus.✨ What We Offer
