Job Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Initial orientation period in India, followed by permanent deployment in any one of the following countries - Dubai, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, or Kuwait)
Job Objective :
To drive international real estate sales by leveraging strong networks within NRI and HNI communities, delivering a consultative and client-focused sales approach, and ensuring swift, high-quality servicing of every qualified lead. The role aims to maximize conversions, build long-term client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence across South India and key international markets by combining cultural sensitivity, financial acumen, and proven sales expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive direct sales growth.
- Sell Urbanrise Real Estate product by establishing contact developing relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions.
- Generate new leads through effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Convert leads into successful sales transactions and close sales deals with efficiency and professionalism.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, identify and evaluate business opportunities by analyzing industry trends and competitors.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering value.
- Demonstrate a proactive and target-oriented approach to achieve sales goals.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and focus on delivering value.
- To be able to act swiftly & thoroughly in servicing every qualified lead allocated
- Ability to engage in consultative approach as an advisor and mindfully reconfirm the exact client requirement (to self & client) and present company’s property solutions as best fit to their need from its wide assortment of offerings
Requirements :
Minimum qualification : Graduate and MBA preferable.Ideal canddiate should have minumum 5 years of experience in sales.Real estate experience is highly preferred.Candidates with non-real estate sales experience in financial products, timeshare, insurance, edtech & corporate home interior only also welcome to apply.Sales experience in multiple cities a must (especially in Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad markets)Minimum 2 years of experience operating full time in international markets, either USA, Europe, GCC or Far East with good connects within our communities abroad.Existing network or access to a database of potential NRI or HNI investors and international property agentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and atleast 2 out of the following languages : Tamil, Kannada & Telugu. Knowledge of other languages like Hindi & Marathi a plusA deep appreciation for different regional cultures and the ability to tailor communication and sales pitches accordinglyA solid understanding of financial planning for real estate investments, including potential ROI and tax implications for NRI clients.
