Job description

Key Own and manage the P&L of $500K end-to-end, ensuring profitable growth.

  • Build the sales function from scratch processes, playbooks, and pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire enterprise / B2B SaaS customers.
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the founders to refine GTM strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize value delivery. Track and report sales metrics, providing insights to leadership.

  • Mentor and eventually build a high-performing sales team as we Requirements :
  • 58 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS / Enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in setting up or scaling sales processes from zero to one is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle P&L responsibility and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell to senior decision-makers.
