Sales Manager / Director / Leader

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the digital engineering landscape and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Position will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and drive business growth.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Represent Innominds at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
