Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

Collaborate with expert data scientists and AI engineers

to integrate cutting-edge AI algorithms into our loyalty and rewards platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Over 6 years of experience in product management , with a strong emphasis on Loyalty and Rewards programs or other customer engagement initiatives.

Proven success in launching and iterating Loyalty and Rewards products

for financial services, demonstrating a track record of impactful results.

Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines

in a fast-paced environment.
