Senior Workday Functional Consultant

Location : Genpact PAN IndiaInviting applications for the role of Senior Workday Functional ConsultantIn this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and document critical decisions.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment.
• Based on specialization, translate client business requirements into specific Workday configurations (Business process, Security, Notifications) for HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence, or other modules.
• Work directly with clients to analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare test scenario & test cases and execute test cases in different testing cycles.
• Guide clients during testing cycles and prototype development.
• Manages multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner
• Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
• Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
