Company URL : the role

The role will be responsible for enabling organizational capability building by driving the end-to-end execution of learning initiatives. This role involves partnering with PBPs and business stakeholders to identify training needs, design and roll out impactful programs, manage learning budgets, and ensure smooth execution of flagship initiatives. The role is best suited for someone with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and program execution skills who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination : Manage the execution of learning programs end-to-end, including scheduling, communication, logistics, facilitator management, and feedback collection.
  • Flagship Programs : Support the design and seamless delivery of large-scale capability-building programs, leadership initiatives, and org-wide learning campaigns.
  • Learning Budgets : Monitor and report learning budgets effectively
  • Innovation & Design : Collaborate with PBPs to roll out new learning initiatives that address evolving business needs.
  • Data & Impact Tracking : Track participation, feedback, and impact metrics for programs, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong working relationships with PBPs, external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Skills & Qualifications Required :

  • Strong coordination, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to track and communicate program effectiveness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Mindset : High ownership, agility, and willingness to experiment with new formats and ideas.
  • Education : Graduate / post-graduate in HR, Business, or related field. Certifications in L&D or Instructional Design will be an advantage.
