Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Key Result Areas : LMS Administration :

Execute and manage the Organizational Learning Management System (LMS) Oracle Fusion, overseeing input and output processing of courses and sessions.

Generate monthly reports on LMS operations and provide intelligence at course and program levels.

Digital Learning Management :

Take ownership of digital learning licenses (Skillsoft) and reporting, serving as the primary contact for digital learning platforms.

Develop intelligence reports on license utilization and strategize future license acquisitions to optimize organizational resources.

Build and maintain relationships with license providers to negotiate impactful pricing savings.

Global – Corporate Induction :

Manage induction programs within the India region, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on induction programs and conduct quarterly feedback sessions with inductees.

Analyze feedback data and prepare quarterly analytical reports on induction programs and post-induction feedback.

Reporting and Regulatory Requirement Management :

Collaborate with the ISO and Audit team to develop an annual calendar for regulatory requirements.

Ensure completion of annual audits for the L&D department with no review remarks.

Collect regulatory requirement data from the L&D team and ensure proper documentation.

Global Compliance Course Management :

Manage the execution of Global Compliance courses, ensuring timely completion and generating gap reports.

Prepare semi-annual reports on compliance training, including reporting on non-completed individuals and teams.

Learning Certification - Reimbursement and Recovery Management :

Record, track, and report learning certification reimbursement requests.

Coordinate with the HR team on a monthly basis to identify candidates for reimbursement recovery.

Ensure all certification-approved candidates sign required compliance documents before reimbursements are processed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in learning and development coordination or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning platforms.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
