The objective of Customer Success Manager will be to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring seamless onboarding, building trusted relationships, and proactively managing client needs. Also to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality immigration and relocation solutions, support platform adoption, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
