Sales Training Manager

To work in Sales is to enjoy storytelling through words. We are looking for someone who is passionate about talking both on the counter and on a call. An ideal candidate is someone who understands the geography and culture of various regions of India and can align the descriptions with the itineraries on display.

Responsibilities

• Understand the itineraries and work on the presentation.
• Create training modules for the sales staff.
• Well-versed in roleplay and mock call training.
• Work closely with the founder to extend his vision of promoting tourism in the regions the company believes in.
