Key Responsibilities

As the Sales & Marketing lead for the Pune region, your core duties will include :

Client Pitching & Acquisition in ELEVATOR INDUSTRY IN PUNE : Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients, including real estate developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients, to generate new business opportunities for elevator installations and maintenance contracts.

Strategic Presentation : Develop and deliver high-impact, persuasive sales presentations and technical demonstrations, clearly articulating the value proposition of Navkar Metal India to key decision-makers.

Sales Closing & Negotiation : Expertly manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation through contract finalization and deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

Market Analysis : Conduct detailed market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs specific to the Pune market.

Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with the leadership team to execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and lead generation in the designated territory.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience : 5-7 years of dedicated experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management, specifically within the Elevator, Escalator, or a closely related vertical transport / construction equipment industry.

Location : Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately. Strong familiarity with the Pune real estate and industrial market is essential.

Industry Knowledge : In-depth technical understanding of various elevator types (passenger, freight, hydraulic, traction), maintenance services, and industry regulations.

Communication : Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English, and excellent communication skills in Marathi / Hindi are highly preferred for local client engagement.

Professionalism : Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and presentation abilities.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or Business Administration / Marketing is preferred.
