Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Experience :

  • 10-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application Lifecycle Management services sales for mid-to-large clients.
  • IT Infrastructure Management Services : Good understanding of IT infrastructure management services, including Cloud, data centers, networks, and cybersecurity services.
  • Application Lifecycle Management Services : Good understanding of selling services including application development, and support, legacy application modernization, SaaS enablement, platforms such as PeopleSoft & Salesforce, solutions based modern technologies such as RPA, AI, Cloud, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and also lead a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / master’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • Experience with CRM Tools : Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Job Summary :

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and expand our customer relationships in the IT Infrastructure management, Cloud Solutions and Application Lifecycle Management services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling the above-mentioned services. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Individual Role : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead generation activities.
  • Meet individual sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Sales Performance : Meet or exceed sales targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales strategies as needed. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Presales, to ensure alignment and effective sales enablement.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
