Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Solar Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and on-field support for Solar EPC partners, clients, and internal teams. The role involves handling GTI inverters, hybrid inverters, and module installation support , along with field troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Solar EPC partners for Grid-Tied (GTI) Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, and PV Modules.

Conduct site visits for installation support, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

Assist EPC partners with system design validation, wiring, and integration of inverters with solar modules and batteries.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware / software / communication) related to inverters and solar systems.

Provide training sessions and technical guidance to EPC teams and field engineers.

Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, and site visit records .

Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.

Support in product testing, quality checks, and customer feedback analysis .

Ensure compliance with safety standards and best installation practices during field activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy / related field .

2–5 years of experience in solar technical support, preferably in inverter installation and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with GTI inverters, hybrid inverters, and PV module installation .

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, wiring, protection devices, and monitoring platforms .

Ability to diagnose faults and provide quick solutions on-site.

Good communication skills for client coordination and technical training .

Willingness to travel frequently for site support and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with brands like GoodWe, Enphase, Renewsys, Emmvee, or similar .

Familiarity with remote monitoring systems and IoT-based inverter platforms .

Knowledge of national electrical standards and solar policies .
