Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the premium plywood and interior materials industry. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base by directly engaging with architects and interior designers through strategic outreach and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will leverage both company-provided and personal databases to drive sales, deliver compelling product pitches, and convert meetings into successful projects. The position demands full commitment to on-field work, with a strong focus on performance, adaptability, and client-centric service. Responsibilities :

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
• Understand client needs, project timelines, and annual design projections.
• Present and pitch plywood, laminate, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer products effectively.
• Convert client meetings into confirmed sales and project orders.
• Maintain and grow a personal database of potential clients alongside company-aided leads.
• Travel extensively across assigned territories to engage with clients and follow up on opportunities.
• Utilize mobile devices and digital tools for communication, documentation, and sales tracking.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability in managing field activities independently.
