Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sales of our education software solutions to schools in Gurugram. The ideal candidate is passionate about EdTech, has excellent communication skills, and brings experience in selling to educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage with schools (from primary to senior secondary) in the Gurugram area for sales outreach.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with school decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Trustees) to present and demonstrate our software solutions.
- Assess school-specific needs and recommend customized EdTech packages.
- Generate and nurture leads, follow up consistently, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline to closure.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system, including meeting reports, follow-ups, and client feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, and support) to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales experience.
- Be available for daily field visits within the Gurugram region (a minimum of 4–5 school meetings per day is expected).
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.Prior experience in EdTech or selling to schools is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong research and networking abilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Willingness to travel within the NCR region for client meetings.What We Offer :
