SALARY RANGE - RS 25,000-45,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND NETWORK) plus incentives
We are seeking an experienced salesperson who specializes in converting B2B leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and possess an extensive network that can be leveraged to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Convert B2B leads into sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
- Handle online leads and specific platforms such as IndiaMart, TradeIndia etc.
- Meet monthly targets of sales.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales.Proven ability to convert leads into sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferably has an existing network of contacts in FMCG (household cleaners, skin care, personal care).Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.Why Join Us?
