Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies for the D2C website and mobile app.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across major channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with agency support.
- Coordinate with developers, creative teams, and SEO partners to enhance user experience and conversions.
- Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to monitor stock levels, availability, and product planning for online channels.
- Track, analyse, and improve KPIs traffic, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and revenue growth.
- Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches to boost sales.
- Ensure consistent brand experience and smooth user journey across platforms.
- Prepare periodic performance and revenue growth reports for management.
- Stay updated on evolving D2C trends, technology, and FMCG market dynamics.
- Responsible for working on the branding aspect, aligning closely with the creative team and social media team to maintain consistent brand identity.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce, digital marketing, or online revenue management.Strong analytical skills with proven experience in traffic growth and conversion optimization.Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel reporting.Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across marketing, tech, and operations teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Passion for FMCG, wellness, and digital growth innovation.(ref : iimjobs.com)
