Reports to : National Sales A leading Indian cosmetics and personal care company is seeking dynamic Area Sales Managers to lead business growth across West and South regions.

• The West region role is Mumbai-based, while the South region role is Bangalore / Hyderabad-based.
• The position involves driving sales across General Trade and Modern Trade channels, managing distributors, expanding retail coverage, leading teams, and achieving regional sales and market share targets.
• The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with strong on-ground execution to deliver consistent 5 - 10 years of experience in FMCG / personal care sales and distribution.
• Proven expertise in GT and MT operations and team leadership.
• Graduate degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
