Repro is looking for a high-performing Key Accounts Manager – Support to join our growing team in North India. We’re seeking a passionate professional who can drive customer acquisition, nurture relationships, and contribute to revenue growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue prospective clients through referrals, directories, industry platforms, and other channels.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with users of commercial print services.
- Maintain and expand business within existing key accounts.
- Manage the RFP process and coordinate internally to develop pricing, quotes, and credit terms.
- Develop comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with production planners to align scheduling and production methods with client requirements.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Continuously prospect for new opportunities even within existing accounts.
🎯 Experience, Qualifications & Skills
4–6 years of experience in the printing industry with solid knowledge of digital and offset printing, bindery, and fulfillment.Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within key accounts.Proven experience managing large-volume client relationships.Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell within existing portfolios.Highly motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ethical, proactive, a good listener, and a strong team player with a sense of urgency.CTC upto 15 lacs
