The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Wealth Management is a strategic role focused on aligning human resources functions with the overall objectives of the wealth management division.

The HRBP will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for a range of HR responsibilities with a strong emphasis on business partnership. This role will also involve talent sourcing and acquisition activities, while primarily focusing on HRBP functions to support the organization's goals in the wealth management Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of the wealth management division.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on HR-related issues.

Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop sourcing strategies aimed at identifying and attracting top talent in the wealth management industry.

Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives.

Manage performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development and career progression.

Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable 7+ years of experience in HRBP roles specifically within the wealth management sector.

Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
