A digital media professional, handling cutting edge, exciting brands across sectors / categories.We are looking for Partner - Digital who will be managing the client relationship and help drive digital agenda for the respective clients.Would deliver digital solutions to fulfil clients digital objectives.Reporting of the role : This role reports to the Principal Partner Digital
In 3 Months :
Have a thorough understanding of the clients businesses (KPIs, key challenges and how they differ from other brands).Understand the key tools and processes critical to the everyday running of the account.Managing the day-to-day output of the team with high quality and high responsiveness to client requestsIn 6 Months :
Thorough knowledge of the media landscape of brands handledEstablish relationship with key clients.Embedded yourself into the internal team and understood the different specialist teams you work withBuilt a strong, collaborative relationship with your clients, acting as the senior contact across clients.Improve outputs and presentation of reviews / planning sessionsSuggest improvements in ways of working or processes of any clientsIn 12 Months :
Begin to consult with clients on their business and how we can influence business outcomesDrive incremental revenue and drive profitability for the team, including but not limited to fee and contract negotiations.Lead and deliver all client responses to brief with the team in a strategic wayLead planning response from insight and strategy through to executionInspire the team to develop skills and growManage team workload and bring efficiency at client deliveryProvide enough and timely feedback / appraisal to direct reports in a thorough and professional mannerWhat Your Day Job Looks Like?

This is a leadership role requiring proactivity and a determination to create change.You are expected to have experience in digital strategy, media planning, digital consultancy and execution wherever possible in an agency environment.Understanding of programmatic landscape viz, trends, technologies (DMP, DSP, SSP etc.) : PreferredCuriosity always asking meaningful questions, challenging the brief if necessaryHigh attention to detail to ensure the teams output is of the highest qualityProven experience in managing people and ability to adapt management styleStrong team playerAbility to navigate difficult client situations / manage expectations in a diplomatic wayEnterprising ability to identify and drive revenue opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications :
