Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven HR Analyst with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our client. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic projects, enhancing employee engagement, and providing direct support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Key Responsibilities :

1. HR Scorecard and Strategic Analytics Support (CHRO Focus)

• Develop and Maintain the HR Scorecard : Design, implement, and maintain the organization's HR Scorecard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, engagement, diversity metrics, cost-per-hire, and training efficacy.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Conduct deep-dive analysis on HR data to identify trends, root causes, and forecasting risks. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the CHRO and senior leadership.
• Process Improvement : Recommend improvements to HR processes and systems based on analytical findings to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
