The role requires proven expertise in handling end-to-end IT recruitment , stakeholder management, and closing critical positions within timelines. Key Responsibilities :

Handle the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines.

Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.

Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).

Strong understanding of various IT skills, emerging technologies, and hiring trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
