Your Mission

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll be at the forefront of building high-performing teams by hiring top talent across Banking and Digital Engineering domains. You’ll own the recruitment lifecycle, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Banking or Digital Engineering roles across India.

Design and execute smart sourcing strategies using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and craft compelling job descriptions.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural alignment.

Track hiring metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment performance.

Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, offer rollouts, and onboarding.

Stay ahead of industry trends, talent availability, and competitor strategies.

Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

What You Bring

5–9 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Proven success in hiring for Banking or Digital Engineering roles.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates.

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to hiring.
