Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote services and products.
- Assist in handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
Skills and Qualifications
