Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager of Operations located in Igatpuri. As the General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the newly opened 4-star resort, ensuring seamless management of all departments. Responsibilities include managing operations efficiency, establishing and maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising and motivating team members, creating and adhering to budgets, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction while adhering to quality benchmarks. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with senior management to achieve business goals and implementing strategies to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in General Management and Operations Management to oversee resort activities and improve operational efficiencies
  • Proficiency in managing Customer Service and ensuring high-quality guest experiences
  • Strong skills in Team Management to lead, train, and motivate staff effectively
  • Experience with Budgeting, including creating and managing financial plans
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Proven experience in hospitality or resort management with a track record of operational success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus
