About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Vizag team. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR solutions.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and belonging.
• Identify early signs of attrition and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees to share concerns, raise grievances, or seek HR support.
• Provide timely updates on HR policies and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes fairly and effectively.
• Partner with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
• Control attrition and enhance employee retention through targeted interventions.
• Increase employee efficiency and productivity by aligning performance management with business goals.
• Analyze HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with Phenom’s values and mission.
